He joined Ooh La La Boutique in 2008 when it had a portfolio of only 3 stores. The boutique chain specialized in selling ladies shoes, garments, handbags, cosmetics, and accessories. After Marco joined the boutique group, he set up his wholly owned company which focused exclusively on expanding the Ooh La La brand throughout South Africa. And his efforts bore fruits.
Marco’s boutique concept was so robust that it rolled out 14 stores in a matter of 4 years. However, the venture ended in 2014 for various economic reasons in the retail sector, and Marco Rosario disposed of all the 14 stores. Thereafter, Marco focused on expanding his portfolio in the real estate sector where he has a specific focus on acquisition, sales, restoration, and rental properties.
